Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected.
By subscribing, you agree to a minimum 3-month commitment period.
During this initial period, cancellations are not permitted. After the 3-month commitment, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the next billing cycle.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase an out-of-stock or upcoming item before it becomes available. We may collect either no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to be fulfilled.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
