Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. However, if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly.
